Caitlynn and Kevin first acquainted two years ago - she was about to be a freshman and he to be a junior back then. They met during Sir Jameson Secondary's special summer school program for extra credits - she a student, he a program volunteer. Here they met and built a friendship throughout that summer vacation before school started up again. Friendship grew deeper, turning into crushes. Hang outs turned into dates. This then formed a relationship into the new year. They faced their own struggles and social stigmas but pulled through with a strong bond shared between one another. Naturally, they also befriended each other's friends over time. One of them being Kevin's long-time best friend, Levi, who has also recently transferred to SJS for his Junior year. What happens when new feelings grow amongst existing ones? Will they be able to over come new obstacles that challenge their friendship and love? A continuation from what could have happened after the mid-season break.

After her father was murdered, she's been dancing more and more to distract herself from the trauma, grief, and chaos that is currently taking part in her life. Carla's mother, Diana is strong, and brave during this time and is determined to give Carla the best life possible and keep her smiling. Despite everything Diana is doing for her late husband's ill and weak mother financially and emotionally, Carla's grandmother, Laura still expresses her hate and negative emotions towards Diana and blames her for her son's death, and even accuses Diana of murdering her own husband, she is so certain that Diana was the murderer that she also tries to convince Carla. This ruins Laura's bond with her grandaughter.

Brooklynn and Brooke, two twins, have recently moved to Ohio. They find a new dance studio, Dream Dance Company. They are able to go to regionals, but are they good enough?
