Please this is an AU were everyone made it out of the simulation. Nagito's illness killed him a few months after. Hajime and Nagito were secretly seeing eachother, but the death of his lover caused him to go into a spiral of depression and grieving. He "fell in love" with Mahiru and they got married. It's inspired by that one Doujinshi. (I don't know the creator or the book name)
