When you finally "turn" 18, you follow your plan and you think everything goes well, but it turns out the stories they told about the castles weren't all made up. Maybe it was fate, maybe it was a coincidence but you meet the one who you seemingly were destined to be with ever since you were dropped off at that orphanage and a family shows up out of nowhere, making you believe that you never have to live without one ever again. word-count: about 101 000

current me note: this was made before the game came out !! There's many mistakes and errors in the story, as I didn't know much abt the game at the start. Kate is a young woman who regresses in age, she has the ability to change the age of her mind to that of a child or even a baby, she was lucky or unlucky enough to be born with cat parts, she wasn't sure if it was a mutation or if Miranda's hands were in all of this, she wasn't sure. Because of her situation, her parents had kept her in the house since she was little, not letting her out to play, she grew up reclusive in their house, her parents thought she was a complete freak and hoped that when Kate grew up they would sell her as a servant to Dimitrescu Castle, profiting at the expense of the young girl who seemed to fear her future and her newest home. Little did she know that the owner of the castle would be keeping a close eye on her after noticing certain peculiarities that caught her attention.
