Above your head held a little icon that displayed your true emotions, no matter how hard you tried. Sure, sometimes it could be quite annoying, but that wasn't Dan's problem. He didn't have an icon. Instead, a solid black line hovered above him. This line ruined his life. He was bullied by his classmates, outcasted in the whole world, even his parents distanced themselves. Daniel grew up thinking that there was something wrong with him; until he met Rebecca Evans.
