Danika Schrute isn't at all pleased when she has to go to her parents work anniversary. A bored office won't have anything to do all day. But, the minute she steps in. Someone catches her eyes. Phillip Halpert wasn't at all expecting to meet anyone his age. He has been to his fathers work since he was a baby, and has still never seen another kid besides his sister, Cecelia. But, he sees the most beautiful thing out of the corner of his eyes. Dwight Schrute and Jim Halpert are long-termed enemies. So, when they see their kids fall in love, they'll do anything they can to stop it.

Walking down stairs and across the white tiles flooring, Danika walked past all of the men and sat down. "Good to have you down here danika" "you did well on that course" "no team work though" "we understand that but she still did well" xavion nodded. "Your nineteenth is next weekend. Do you want to do anything?" Danika shook her head no "every birthday is important. I understand you don't like to socialise but maybe a meal that you like?" "Maybe the hotel she goes to" "that's not the best place" "it's where she can be comfortable. They don't make her remove her hood" xavion nodded 'i haven't seen my daughter in five years. Even then I was hardly home' Food being placed down on the table, Danika stared at it. 'he should know I can't have crustacean foods' "this looks really good" "thank you" 'i can't eat this' "you can eat Danika" Danika sat back "DANIKA. THAT IS FIFTY DOLLARS JUST ON YOUR PLATE" 'she usually eats... Why isn't she eating?' "EAT" Danika slowly pulled the plate towards her. 'something is wrong here' 'maybe this can get me to mom and Damon' Danika picked up the crab and ripped it open. "Good. You will eat what is served" Vandal looked at Danika as she hesitated then put it in her mouth. Taking her time eating, Danika could feel her throat closing. Tears of happiness streaming down her face, Danikas breathing slowed. 'its only getting harder..'

Meet Danika Peasler. This starts off like any other book. She just moved to a new school, in a new town, and feel awkward. On the first day, she receives a note in some kind of strange writing. More and more every day she realizes that some of the people at the school are not who they say they are. And why were they all attracted to her? She begins to have the sense that everything they tell her are true, no matter how bizarre. In no time she finds herself trapped in a place she can't get out, and with whom she has to trust but not sure she can. In more ways than one she begins to develop a strange connection between them. Their only problem was to get out. But when someone they thought was long lost returns, they wonder if he is still who he says he is. **** . . They all looked at him in amazement as he rose up from the damp, cold ground. A few gasps escaped from the circle surrounding him. They all gone silent when he didn't even say one thing. They all were so amazed by how mangled he looked. Danika of course was the first to break the tension. "You're alive." She attempted to sound strong and tenacious but she realized that she didn't sound like that at all. He stared at her with sympathetic eyes, like he had just over a month ago in her room. "Danika I-" he stumbles froward slightly trying to reach out at her. She couldn't even think of being touched by him. Not now. She took a step back, out of the light that shone through tiny cracks. "I'm sorry." He uttered. It wasn't in the way as if to say 'sorry you thought I was dead' though. He looked up from the ground and the look on his face changed to almost amusement. "I'm sorry that you were so stupid to think I was on your side." And then he vanished.
