As suggested by an anon on tumblr, I am attempting the 30 Day OTP Prompt Challenge with Deuven. List found on tumblr.

Danny Saunders lives in Brooklyn and has an unhealthy obsession with psychoanalysis, especially Sigmund Freud. He uses his Instagram and Tumblr to show off his books and talk to other people about them. His pretty themes and consistent uploads make him a reasonably popular account, despite his wishes. Then there's Reuven Malter. He lives on the opposite side of the United States in San Fransisco, and spends most of his time looking at memes or writing gay fanfiction. His group on Instagram calls him "the gay shitposter", and he truly is the token gay friend. Despite all he has online, he often feels alienated and alone, with a distant father and hardly any friends in real life, he struggles to find himself a place to fit in. These two meet when Reuven reblogs one of Danny's countless selfies, and a oddly tight friendship forms. When both boys feel that things may be more than just friendship, things take an interesting turn.

After moving in with a long time best friend and just as long lasting love, Reuven Malter, Danny find a small yet mysterious shoe box hidden among all the others. The contents, a bunch of letters. All addressed to him, all never opened. It's only as Danny begins to read the letters he begins to understand why they never saw the light of day. ( Based off of "The Chosen" by Chaim Potok )
