Two years ago at a charity concert Bastille lead singer Dan Smith and events manager Phoebe Hawkes shared a short yet unforgettable kiss, before parting ways, knowing they would never see each other again. However a lot has changed since then. Phoebe is struggling with a long-term relationship break up and her once perfect career is in tatters. Whereas Dan, whom is heartbroken and desperate after seeing his bandmates develop relationships without him, finds himself stuck in the middle of a court case which is forcing him to choose between his family or his friends. When by chance they are brought back together again will they be able to re-kindle their forgotten kiss, or will their personal demons and problems obliterate their chance before they take it.

Alice meets Dan whilst supporting his band, Bastille, on tour. Her music career is brief but it introduces her to a man with a great amount of talent and heart. But then he's gone. After a whirlwind of a tour Alice finds that he has no time for her. Desperately trying to win his attention, she lands herself in trouble time and time again, unfortunately knowing that she will never be his priority only makes her want him more. Unless of course, he cares for her more than she thinks... A/N This is my first fanfiction, I know it moves quite slowly, the first six parts are more a 'here are the characters , check out the long winded back stories and descriptions'. I didn't want to keep going back to Alice's back story after these parts because I don't want to interrupt the plot, which, hopefully, will have a better pace, more dialogue and just more happening in general..... hopefully.
