I don't remember. That's all I could think of over and over again as I stared at the sickly white cieling of my bedroom. I don't remember a thing. Sprawled on the bed. Blankets on the floor. Pillows all around. I don't remember why I did it except that I woke up one day and decided that this life was not worth it. My life was not worth it. I was not worth it. No. That's not good enough. You don't just go to bed content one day and wake up in despair the next. No active decision, just absolute surety. I didn't choose to end it. I didn't decide that nothing mattered. I just knew. One day I woke up and I knew I wasn't worth it. At least not anymore. But the question now is: what changed? What changed overnight, over barely three hours of sleep. What switched off in my brain or what if something switched on? What if realization of leading a meaningless life finally dawned upon me? But how? I had all these questions and it felt as if I was falling down a rabbit hole and there was no end to its darkness. No end to this ignorance Someone once said ignorance is bliss. They lied.

It's Donnie's last week on earth, and he knows it. With all of his inhibitions gone he can do anything he wants without any risk, except for bringing death a few days sooner. Some of my biggest inspirations for this book are David Foster Wallace, Quentin Tarantino, and Dante Alighieri. "Wynona." The man spoke, his deep alluring voice filling my room with little effort. He had an accent I couldn't decipher, Italian maybe? My heart fluttered as my blood rushed with an urgency, whether it meant for me to run from him or run to him, I didn't know. When I found my way back to his grey-green eyes, I didn't dare move, he was too close to do anything rash so I just took a step back a little, which didn't go unnoticed by him, making his smirk deepen. "Now, now Wynona, no need to move away from me. I don't bite....well...I won't bite you." That isn't comforting. "w...w...who a...are y...you?" "Lorenzo." *** Unlucky at love, Wynona Blackwell, a 21-year-old college student dedicated to family, friends and school, gave up finding 'the one', or anyone for that matter. Though, when she becomes exposed to a world within the world Lorenzo, a seemingly charming guy, introduces her to, hope begins to settle within her for finding someone and begin to truly understand herself. (Kali's POV) For like the twentieth time this hour, I looked at her like she was stupid. Shakily, I responded "my father......but how, he's been dead for years." The order works in strange ways, Robin said as she saw me trying to make sense of what just happened. "Now, when you get to purgatory i'll explain on your journey through the different levels on your way to kill your father, and I mean actually kill this time. Completely thrown off I said "wait what? Purgatory? Killing my father? Catching kids? Oh no no no, I won't be doing that." Now I've only seen Robin sad twice, once when her dog died, and now when I just declined what seemed to me something we called the call to heroes or something like that I learned in her class. I decided to not even fight Robin, after all I am one of the greatest female warriors in the world with smarts like Athena, and skills like Ares. "Ill tell you what I said, i'll do it, but only on one condition," "what's that?" Robin said. "I'll do it if I can only have five minutes to persuade my father, the king of hell to stop what he's doing and come back and live a normal life. Robin replied, "Okay, Kali that's all I needed to hear now sink into the floor," "wait wha-" and before I could even get the second word out everything was black and cold.

PART II Desdemona now faces Limbo, entering the first circle of hell. There, Desdemona must find out what actions led her to Limbo and what will lead her out. The problem is that as she continues to run from her past, the more it haunts her, dragging her deeper into hell. Some monsters are not monsters at all, but the making of our own darkness.

Mercury is Lucifer's favorite agent. He's his number one for getting dirt and dealing with threats. Now Mercury is sent on a mission to track down a fallen angel in order to sway him to Lucifer's side. The mission is supposed to be a simple recruitment but things take a turn for the worse. Did Mercury get dragged into a mission that will end his life or will he make it back to Hell in one piece?
