The town seem like a perfect place for a former valedictorian and law-abiding citizen like her. Only problem is: it's the only city that makes rock n' roll illegal in all forms and anyone caught playing or performing it will be arrested. She doesn't seem to mind it much, until she runs into the leader of the Palaye Royale gang, Remington Leith. The first time she meets him, she wants nothing to do with him, then finds herself drawn toward him and his electrifying world of rock n' roll.
