While Tobio stays in the village to dive into some intense research for Root and to develop new skills, his clones are on missions in every major village, Orochimaru's lair, and even the Akatsuki. Their goal? Build a secret information network for Root to help protect the Leaf. But as Tobio digs deeper into his work, he starts sensing there's a bigger mystery out there-something hidden, completely separate from the information his clones are gathering. Soon enough, a new mission will have him facing truths he never expected which will result in major change.

Seikatsu Uchiha wasn't a normal Uchiha to begin with. He didn't possess the strong elemental affinity for Fire like every other Uchiha neither did he excel in Genjutsu even though he had Sharingan. He was a social outcast among the Uchiha and the Leaf for this peculiarity like how many of his ancestors were. But he had manifested a power which had remained dormant in his family from centuries. Tag up with the outcast on his journey through the Shinobi world and farther away. I don't own Naruto. (Sobs uncontrollably) I did get few ideas from other stories that I may apply in the story and I also don't own those stories cause I haven't wrote them.
