Ninshuriken is a new ANBU faction of the Leaf. it turned out to be the new mysterious ANBU faction of the Leaf that the 3rd Hokage isn't awared of it. Ninshuriken carried out the missions that would benefit Hidden Leaf Village. Ninshuriken remained secret not even Danzo and the Root knowing their profile.
