This is a story that switches between the two profiles and perspectives of a guy named Darin and a girl named Alexa. Darin is a demon who loves to go up to the human world. Darin lives in the underworld with many of the other demons, including his father. He feels that he should be able to interact with everyone. He feels that all three types of creatures should be able to be together, not separated by a barrier of worlds. You may be wondering what all the three types of creature are. There are demons, humans, and angels. That is where Alexa comes in. Alexa is an Angel who lives up above everyone else. She lives in the clouds above the human world. She lives with all of the other angels in her home town. No, she does not live in Heaven, but her world is below that. She also believes that the three populations should be able to talk and actually have a connection. She believes that the three worlds should not be separated from each other. Its a few years after the event of Angof and Agnes is living a good life. One day when she is out hunting a girl runs up to her, shows her a moon mark on her arm and then drops down dead. Agnes remembers a goddess called Nocturnal and how when one of her followers is ready to die they have to pass on the duty to someone else, and this girl just passed her's onto Agnes. Agnes had to travel to the Temptationis tomb (a place where Nocturnal tests if your worthy enough to be one of her followers) and if she doesnt she will suffer forever in the afterlife which she doesn't want.
