Sakaguchi Ango is a member of The Special Division for Unusual Power who have mission to spy on Port Mafia, but he ended up become a triple agent. Because he is doing his mission for justice, he even betrayed his friends, Dazai & Odasaku, which later he regretted about it. Under rains, Ango face Oda's grave, and finally realized something he can do for Dazai.

It's more of a hole in the wall few people actually knew exists, only distinguished from the wall of the alley it was in by the bright neon sign. In said bar there was a cat and an old man who poured the drinks to those who came. He had seen many people walk through the doors of the bar and down the stairs away from the streets ruled by the Port Mafia. Some came once and never again, some became regulars that suddenly disappeared and some still came to this day. But out of everyone he's seen come and go, friends or foe, one group stood out in his mind. It was such an odd group if anyone would give it more thought. A young boy, only a teen, many might scold the man for pouring such a young child a drink but they had never seen the boy. He cam with a man with red hair, soon they brought a third man with them and they became his most fateful customers. Though he only ever watched and poured drinks even he could feel the warmth as they came and sat in the same seats and drank the same drinks. Then one day, that warmth died and after that last frigid drink they drank he never saw those three together again. The boy and the third man still came and sat in their seats and drank their drinks, but the only thing ever occupying the red haired man's seat would be the flowers they'd leave. And the barman is left to wonder what could have broken up the trio who once seemed so inseparable? . A mission where Soukoku(16) are sent outside the barriers of Yokohama and to the infamous hero in training school named UA. Their mission is to mostly only observe and spectate the ridiculous life of these so called "heroes" for a long year. This lets Dazai Osamu and Nakahara Chuuya observe and experience on what a "normal" and "healthy" childhood life should be like. However they are met with many conflicts along the way, and they do a poor on job on covering up the fact that they posses abilities and not quirks. Abilities are much more stronger than quirks, and are what started the whole quirk society. In present society those who obtain abilities "don't exist" anymore, but ability users are simply hiding from the rest of the world. Yokohama is a city filled with "normal" people, those who don't posses quirks, and are closed off to the entire world. No one from the outside is able to get in Yokohama, but Yokohama citizens are able to get in and out with a permit granted by Yokohama's government. Will the two young teens be able to go a full year outside of their lovely city.
