Hermit-DAY
Hell has been emptied of lords, princes, and the multitude of their subordinates. Their king has been causing havoc on humankind, deceiving them and straying them further away from the grace and virtues of the Almighty.
Irreversible salvation was already achieved at the Cross, but humans are still susceptible to their earthly urges and irrational thirst for dominion and knowledge, which lead them to conjure unfathomable horror upon themselves and others.
By the start of a new millennium, the Creator has extended mercy once more by redesigning Hell so it can eternally condemn and contain adversity in preparation for the Second Coming. In this new mission, God has chosen another unlikely devotee-a seraphim, a being of inextinguishable fire and ethereal symphony.
Dressed as a nun and named Nova, she roams the earth investigating the paranormal to identify evil, rise above its ploys, and exorcise it, sending it where it will forever suffer the consequences of its vile existence.
But in the midst of this divine purpose, she encounters an upright but skeptical psychotherapist named Dr. Dee, who believes in the capacity of science and logic, and who aims to explain the supernatural as misdiagnosed or previously undiscovered mental illness.
They will collide and contradict each other, but they will soon find harmony, for they both seek to help and restore peace to the sufferers of trauma, injustice, and all forms of human troubles.
