Taeyong can't control himself, can't feel himself and can't be with the one he love's. Because the one he hates is always around him, inside of him. He gets transfered to the K.M.Institue where he's tasked to face the voices in his head that have held him down and have made him detached from himself- from his reality. While battling the voices in his head, he heeds to the only stable voice of his psychiatrists and allows for himself to fall deep in the process of her words, her guidance and even her life. Obsessed and possessed with the desire to be cured from his insanity he does all that he can, including manipulate and twist her feelings. Psychiatrists Dr. Hanjin has never been afraid of a challenge, as pointed by her fierce character and devil heels. Being one of the most outstanding doctors in the K.M Institute, her only aim and entre life goal is to achieve a perfectly balanced life of wealth and riches. However when she unintentionally got lost in the eyes of a sad, lonely and mentally lost patient Nakamoto Yuta, when she went too far and made a mistake of catching feelings - she was revoked to minor mental patients and all her cases were given to her scorned revival colleague and also best in the institute Dr Jung Jaehyun. Wanting to prove to he superior that she has not lost her mind, she accepts Taeyong's case in hopes and favour to return back to her patient Yuta. Yet, life takes a short left- downtown and Hanjin unravels a dark, twisted, shunned and obsession in the mind of her mental patient, Taeyong. With Taeyong wanting to get back to his lost love and Dr Hanjin wanting to return to her lost patient, the two drastically change at any cost, harming everyone around them just to return back to their normal lives with the one's they love. The only problem now is the dark love binding within them.
