Darkhouse storie

Late night. Dark house. Nobody home. This is a very short chiller story that I wrote to distract myself from being scared on one of those dark nights.

This is a game I found on Roblox, I'm sure you know it too. I decided to make this a real story, hopefully it gets popular.

This is a story that makes you the main character. The character is no binary. The character is eleven years old and it's September 27th, the child's birthday. You have dirty blond hair which is up to the bottom of your ears. Your eyes are a dark brown. The house and area are heavy inspired by Layers Of Fear and Little Nightmares, both games you can play.

Some guests should never be welcomed. Especially the kind who taste like sin. . . Seven nights. One stranger. No escape. When photographer Harlow Dean agrees to house-sit for a friend, she expects creaky floors, bad coffee, and too much time alone with her thoughts. She does not expect the golden-haired stranger in the guest room - naked, smiling, and claiming he's cursed to appear in this house for only seven nights every hundred years. There’s always been something a bit off about Perry Palomino. Though she’s been dealing with a quarter-life crisis and post-college syndrome like any other twentysomething, she’s still not what you would call “ordinary.” For one thing, there’s her past which she likes to pretend never happened, and then there’s the fact that she sees ghosts. Luckily for her, that all comes in handy when she stumbles across Dex Foray, an eccentric producer for an upcoming webcast on ghost hunters. Even though the show’s budget is non-existent and Dex himself is a maddening enigma, Perry is instantly drawn into a world that both threatens her life and seduces her with a sense of importance. Her uncle’s haunted lighthouse provides the perfect catalyst and backdrop for a horrific mystery that unravels the threads of Perry’s fragile sanity and causes her to fall for a man, who, like the most dangerous of ghosts, may not be all that he seems.
