He comes closer and grabs my arm harshly, possibly creating bruises on my already bruised arm. "You are my possession."

I am only about 24, but, my past has caught up to me. Many people think I'm just that one odd emo girl, but that's the truth now ain't it. Or at least until I met someone....

What happens when a screen is not enough to handle a dark persona?

Manipulation is dangerous, they say. You always believed that if anyone tried to blackmail you, tried to get you do something you didn't want to do, then you would tell someone. It wasn't hard, you would say. But what if you truly were being forced? Threatened? There was very little time left. Only a month before Darkiplier, otherwise known as Dark, would finally have all he needed in place to become the rightful leader of this world. Taking the necessary precautions, he had everything planned to a tee. You on the other hand, were just trying to survive from day to day. Two separate worlds. One connection. How will things unfold? (Yes, this is envisioned for a girl, but if you're a guy, then feel free to put yourself in it's place. I just didn't want to have to keep putting (he/she/they) every time I wanted to say "She walked down the street", etc.) -Author Notes before proceeding- I've had ideas for reader inserts before, simply because I feel lonely at times. There have only been a few that have honestly peaked my interest and made me feel like I was in the story. So why not do the same with a character I love to death and I'm pretty sure you all know and love as well? Which is why I present to you, a Darkiplier Reader insert. I don't do reader inserts, and they're kind of frowned upon (at least from my knowledge), but I'm doing this half for me, half for the other people that also feel lonely and want a short adventure. As if it could actually happen (in another world, of course). So strap in if you want to stick with me as I try to write this. I don't know when it'll be completed, but feel free to leave comments and critiques.

It's getting closer to Halloween and you've been helping Mark set up for a large party he's hosting. One night after you and Mark mess with an Ouija board, things take a dark twist. Mark has disappeared and Dark has replaced him. Now it's up to you to find Mark and send Dark back before it's too late for both of you.
