They'd killed him and moved on... They left his body to rot at the bottom of that lake. He felt his death over and over again, each time filling him with more and more rage. He saw as they moved on and had families while leaving his grieving mother to take her own life... He'd make them pay, all of them would pay! But he'd need a little guidance first... Naruto: A boy that is neglected by his parents since he doesn't have the soul or chakra of the Kyuubi, unlike his siblings, Shinro and Natsumi. Izuku: A boy that is neglected since he doesn't have a quirk, unlike his sister Izumi. Both cross paths. What will happen? They will become the best independent shinobi the world has ever seen, along with crossing paths with others and making the best hero team in the world.

"Promise you will be by my side forever?" Izuku asked, his ten yer old self hugging a young girl. The young girl laughed, hugging the boy close. "No matter what, I promise to stand by you. Be it me being your sidekick to us running away together. I promise to always be on your side." A promise that seal Kagome Higurashi's fate as she got older and Izuku changed his goals to something more...dark.

No one believed Izuku when he said he had a quirk. Of course no one would believe the delusional quirkless boy who always mumbles to someone who nobody had ever seen, and was obsessed with books about of elixirs and conjurations and hypnosis. That of course changed when odd things began to occur around the boy. It started with his childhood 'friend's' broken arm healing mysteriously. Then, when everyone who crossed the boy ended up getting hurt. And lastly, when people began to swear they saw his shadow move without him. The town was full of whispers about how that boy may not be as quirkless as they thought.. But quirks like that don't exist. ...right?

izuku is of course quirkless he is mostly bullied throughout his life his mom loves him but that love is pity for izuku.
