As they continue to multiply and famous foes return and grow more powerful, putting a blockade in the path of many of earth's mightiest heroes, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, and Green Lantern. All while Nightwing is away with the new team known as the MPA (Multiverse Protection Agency) discovering newly found secrets of their entire universe.

Years of battle with her mission for the betterment of her world seemed to finally be able to put to rest. The meta rouges were disposed of for taking her lover away from her. An all out war with the Atlanteans and the human race seemed to have been won because of Bryce redefining viciousness for them with the blood of their Queen. There would be no reason for them to continue to fight back. Not with Bryce willing to exterminate them for good. For once in her life, she finally felt that perhaps everything was looking up. At least she should feel that way. Would have if it wasn't for one problem. An enemy that she had fought against since the early days she put on the cowl has decided to show herself after a yearlong absence. The Joker was back and with that fact there was sure to only be more bloodshed to follow.
