After a mysterious incident, Peter starts changing in subtle but unsettling ways. His skills improve rapidly, but his behavior grows colder, putting strain on the team and raising quiet suspicions. As tension builds, trust begins to fracture and it becomes clear that something about Peter isn't quite right. Book One?

Peter was falling. Not literally of course, as its kinda hard to fall when you've been strapped to a table for an indeterminable amount of time, writhing in agony. But it sure felt like he was falling. Down, down, down and right out of his mind. But the worst part is, he doesn't even think he minds anymore (at least it might make everything stop). Or, Peter gets bit by a Spider, Norman finds out immediately, and our favorite web-slinger's backstory takes a few wrong turns and Peter loses his mind.

A psychological thriller where Peter Parker loses his mind and gets upducted and tortured. He's forced to watch himself commit heinous acts of violence against his will. Avengers team ups, periodic platonic and romantic love, murder mystery, villains from various movies and comic books, and a few epic battles, with lots of flashbacks and non-linear story telling. Peter Parker usually has things figured out but when a red leather wearing menace makes him go into a crime crisis, he starts to slowly drift off. Not only with the struggle of jobs, he's helpless to his sick Aunt that he has to care for. He's able to land an interview but... little did he know- very little- what this new job would have against everything Spiderman strives to be. And he just might like it.
