This book is a collection of dark poems written over a span of seven years. It talks about an apocalypse which is highly personal in nature. The doom which came suddenly, without any prior notice, and flooded everything. It was the dusk when the sun set and never rose again. The poems here are subjective, surreal and prone to individual perception, ranging from passionate poetic epiphanies to cryptic imageries and references. They offer a multi-layered meaning and expose themselves depending upon how much the readers wish to probe into.

Welcome to my poetry session.

Diving into the strange flow of time, where everything feels beautifully destructive. (This is my first time translating any of my writing. This was initially written in my native language Bangla. Criticism is welcome.)

Oh my weird craving, I wonder what's your origin. Why do you want me to fly kites, In night as dark as a nocturnal delight! I see the analogy from my life. Even in my dark sad times, I look for pleasure and adrenaline. Just like those invisible flying kites, I can't even see my emotional pleasures, That I feel in my dark space within. But I can feel the kites, From the thread that I hold them with, Just like I can feel the dark pleasure, From the poems that I write them with. I hope the birds and the aeroplanes, see the kites flying in the sky. Just like I hope you invisible and probably never to happen readers Read them. And feel my pain and pleasure in them..
