2025 was a heavy year for me. This collection is darker than my usual work, but it is also honest - and ultimately hopeful. These poems were written during and after a period of intense personal struggle, and they reflect growth that didn't come easily. Some of the themes in this book are heavy, including mental health struggles and dark thought patterns. Please read with care. If you are sensitive to these topics, or if they are difficult for you right now, it's okay to step back and prioritize your well-being.
