Why is it here? Every night without fail it wallows around my room. I dont know what it does, but I can barely stand the plaguing thoughts of what it could do. If this thing is real, any one of my nightmares is possible.. This dread is draining, but it's keeping me conscious. I need it to. Yet I know a person can only go so long without sleep.

Trapped. Alone. Abandoned. Max stuck lying on the cold sleek floor of the dark room. No matter how much she tried, she can't leave. The drugs prevent any of her abilities. This leaves Warren and Chloe to search for Max. Chloe hasn't cried so much in her life, she felt alone without Max. Warren felt like some random science nerd without Max to talk to, those five minutes of conversation a day seemed to make him happy. Frank had been getting odd drug orders. Same place, different people. This went against everything he stands for, but it's time to investigate.....

This is a story I started writing in my French Revolutions class. Genre: Paranormal Mystery, Psychological Thriller Target Audience: Young Adult, Adult This story begins in a dark,dark room, there was no sound and all was still. Except that is for the little girl that had shrunken into the corner as if to hide from the big bad wolf. Did this girl know she was not actually alone I wondered. Could she see me? If she could that would mean that I was not really dead. But what if she was a medium? Then I would never know. Then it occurred to me. Why are we here? Where even is here? I try searching for an exit. There isn't one. Still, the girl does not move, it doesn't even look like she is breathing. I go over to her. Her eyes are closed. Maybe she's asleep. I leave her there. There must be a way out. If we made it in. there has to be. I must keep looking.

Jessica is an orphan kid, she is left alone with her stepfather. Her stepfather does horrible things with Jessica, she has been locked up in a lil dark room for already 15 years. She has this book that was left in the room she write everything in there what happend, she does this for a year now. But Jessica her biggest fear is if she will ever get out of that room. Will someone save Jessica? And what does Justin has to do with this situation? Jessica is in a room so how can she be in touch with Justin? Will Justin help her escape from her nightmare?
