In a post apocalyptic dystopian world, the children of prominent super-powered people have been detained. Varying from telekinesis to reality warping, they are kept either in the hospital called the Underkey, where they are heavily sedated, or in the prison known as the Underlock. But the prisoners and patients are restless. Most of them were born within their prison's walls, and some don't even know what grass is.
