The Bearer of the Curse completed his objective, he explored distant kingdoms forgotten by time and gathered the power of ancient kings, now with the defeat of Nashandra and the answer given to Aldia, the Bearer of the Curse refused the Throne of Dragleic. But this would not be the end of his journey, for the golden rays of grace called the Undead to a distant land beyond the mist, setting him on another unwanted journey. Now Alden battles across the Lands Between, caught in a war between Demigods, gathering the Great Runes and searching for a way to return home.

The first flame has faded, despair overcomes the kingdom of Lordran, and the gods have abandoned the land, all in this world seems lost. The prophecy of the chosen undead, was formed as a countermeasure, to choose a sacrifice to the first flame, and continue the age of fire. But when the time comes, for the chosen undead to emerge, a new champion was chosen, from a being far beyond in existence. The being calls him, the Christian Undead, and it is said, he will bear a symbol, the symbol named The Cross, and he shall deliver those who follow him. This being placed its entire faith, onto this Mortal's Unique Soul, his Beautiful Heart, And his Complete Open Mind, his Entire Being with its soul. In the mystery of the Christian Undead, he shall journey through Lordran, he shall change everything, Maybe even the World. Ornstein wen't to protect Gwyn's daughter Gwyndolin, Ciaran left to a land unknown and Gough wandered to find a new beginning. Artorias however, wished to continue his crusade against the forces of darkness and spread Gwyn's holy light throughout the lands. Armed with his sword and wolf companion Sif, he decides to battle an ancient evil that was stirring in the darkness of a mysterious land of Oolacile. The darkness of Manus, the Primeval Man, Father of the Abyss. Artorias believed that he would be able to defeat such a foe, but ended up being consumed by the very darkness he wished to rid from the world. Now broken, he awaits his death anxiously, in hopes to finally be free. When he does die however, something happens that he doesn't expect. He finds himself where dragons are both, his allies and his enemies. Where elves, dwarves, and demonic creatures called urgals live amongst humans. He finds a world ripe with stories and light, and finds that he was given a second chance. At a holy crusade once again. But will he truly be rid of the darkness that consumed him? Or will he once again fall to the clutches of evil? I don't own Dark Souls nor Eragon, Eragon belongs to Christopher Paolini and Dark Souls to FromSoftware.

I decided to do a re-write of the opening cinematic to Dark Souls 1. I'm sorry if I got some things out of order. I did this on a whim so I tried to remember things off the top of my head. Simply put, this is a parody. Don't take this as me hating on Dark Souls lore!
