2am on a Saturday night, I wasn´t able to sleep, I felt as if something was wrong, that something was bound to happen. Pulling the covers off myself I slowey stepped out of bed, feeling the cold winter wind. I looked over to see my sister,Melinda , sleeping peacefully, under the covers. I quietly stepped out of the room and down the stairs. As I tiptoed down the stairs, I heard a noise from the kitchen, "It´s nothing Selena" I whispered to myself. If only It wasn´t.

This is an old story from middle school, so it's pretty cringy. I'm not gonna edit this one, so I won't touch it again unless absolutely necessary.
