Years ago, in a realm different from ours, a boy was born. He cried black tears, a moment never witnessed in the history of life. Their king, Aster, ordered the boy's death, knowing all too well that it was not possible. Now years later, the boy is a warrior, ready for the war to come. This poetry is about a dark phase i was going through in my life. It caused me to kind of spiral out of control and fall into a deep level of depression. At times I was even questioning my life and the reason for me being here. The stress of work and managing my passions kind of put me on a pause for a long time and kind of started to kill my creative spirit a bit.

The one that she locks in the mirror with her tormentors when the sun sets, only letting her broken self escape to safety when the darkness is quashed by the first rays of light.
