Unknown to Darna, Borgo is not the only problem she should worry about. But with the help of her eldest reborn brother named Mattheo a.k.a. Bloodshadow, she would learn to use her powers against the powerful enemies. Despite of this, Narda always pushes away her suitors. Brian never courts her but supports her choices. This is the story where Narda Vasilisa surrenders herself to the Venomous Snake Girl named Regina Valentina in exchange for her father named Maurice freedom. Narda became Valentina's prisoner but still allows her to roam around the castle anytime she wants, except the West Wing which is forbidden. Where Regina's room is located. Narda will fear that she will experience Valentina's fearsome snake every day. But unexpectedly, Narda would learn that Valentina is not really a monster that she thinks she is.

Even after the recent Task Warfare had ended with the terrorist named Hitler Zakarum and the betrayer named General Rooks, there were still syndicate threats who wanted to rule the world, control the politics, which is why few shadow organizations were created to stop it.
