They feel a pull towards each other that cannot be explained, and their adventures and growth into the people they were meant to be will shake this newfound civilization to its core. This story was told once before, and it had ended in sacrifice. This time the world itself would not allow their deaths, for ancient, powerful beings were beginning to rise. This is a continuation of darling in the franxx manga version. After the Klaxosaur battles, Zero Two and Hiro found solace in a camp with friends. One evening, they shared a heartwarming meal, and Zero Two revealed her pregnancy. Hiro's joy was evident, and their friends celebrated, marking a new beginning filled with hope and the promise of a loving family. And a future for a new generation.
