Bella is also very depressed due to her parents kicking her out for getting pregnant at sixteen, not having the money to go to college and not having enough for Blaine, the abuse from her current boyfriend due to alcoholism, and her life in general. One night on a late shift, she meets actor and musician, Darren Criss. The two instantly become friends. He teaches her how to become happy again and to control her own life.
