This is part 2 of my fanfic series, so If you haven't read the prequel of this story "Botw Reimagined: The Past", I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. Any feedback is appreciated, as well. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.

Calamity Ganon, an entity of pure evil and chaos. A force to be reckoned with and feared by all. His arrival to Hyrule is fast approaching and with that, the destruction of Hyrule. In order to prevent such a catastrophe from occurring, 6 Champions were chosen from each region of Hyrule. These 6 Champions, along with the princess of Hyrule will stop the Calamity if it's the last thing they do. Mipha, the Zora Champion. Daruk, the Goron Champion. Revali, the Rito Champion. Urbosa, the Gerudo Champion. Willow, the Supporting Champion and the inheritor of a gift from the Goddess Din. Link, the Hylian Champion and the bearer of the sword that seals the darkness. Zelda, Hyrule's princess who carries the Goddess Hylia's blood in her veins. The kingdom of Hyrule spent many years preparing for Ganon's fated return. But, when he finally returned, he plagued the land with malice and ended the lives of many... One hundred years have passed since the Calamity was freed. One hundred years since the princess fell. One hundred years since the hero beat back the darkness, driving it into the heart of Hyrule Castle. Now Zelda wakes in the Chamber of Resurrection, and must reclaim her memory while setting right a world that she let go terribly wrong. Link waits for her; she cannot fail again.

[this takes place 100 years ago, prior to BOTW events and before Link loses his memories] Growing up to fulfill the duties of knighthood, and the soon to be hero, Noor is born into a family of both royalty and the royal guard, meaning she holds the duty of protecting her beloved kingdom in her hands. With the passage of time, Noor, alongside Link and the rest of the Champions set off on their journey to keep the kingdom safe from the hands of Calamity Ganon.
