500 years after current tvd time... Stefan, Caroline, Tyler and Damon are the only people left from the Scooby gang. It's been 500 years since Elena, Bonnie, Matt, Jeremy and every human and witch died. And now they're back, expecting everything to be different. But how can it be, when there's an eerily familiar doppelgänger in Mystic Falls...and it's just like 2010 all over again.

Set in VD S5, but Damon and Elena haven't been together for a while now. Damon went looking for Kat to make sure she's okay after being turned human. In the meantime, she's injured on a mountain. Will Damon find her in time, since there's a snowstorm? Set in Longmire S2. What will ensue after Damon takes her to the hospital? Will she go back to a certain sheriff, or will she choose Damon?
