The doom of the Jedis. The infamous Order 66, made victims across all galaxies. The few Jedi Knights that were fortunate enough to escape had to become fugitives and hide from The Empire. One of those on the run is Taron Malicos. A former Jedi that had to run away alongside his master, Yivama. Using unseen levels of Force, he secured their escape, but not for long. Serious damage to the ship caused an emergency landing on what it seemed to be a desolate planet called Dathomir. This new world is full of surprises and temptations. Taron Malicos is torn by an internal battle between the ways of the Jedi Order and the sweet promise of power from the Dark Side of the Force.

Raised by the Nightbrother Govro Uurak, who saw potential in his Force sensitivity, he learns to survive and fight in a world where weakness means death. Living among the Flying Mountains Clan, known for their natural Force connection that causes the mountains to hover, he faces belittlement due to his heritage. Despite this, his mentor trains him rigorously, emphasizing the importance of finding a weapon that suits him. By the age of ten, he masters dual-wielding a hatchet and a sledgehammer, preparing for the battles and challenges that lie ahead.

Ryo Kurtzs has been sent to the Imperial Prison on Dathomir to carry out a lengthy sentence for arms dealing and bounty hunting during The Dark Times. He befriends a group of new inmates and one particularly mysterious man who reveals his true identity to the group, attempting to recruit them for a special 'mission'.

Awaiting your 'Aunt', Cere Junda, on the planet Zeffo is the ultimate torture. It all changes though on a traditionally dreary and overcast day, where a woman who has changed considerably and two other people that make up the group of ragtag folk show up and inform you of their mission that they ask you to join.
