Dave Strider seems like your average kid at school, bored with work. Hanging out with his best friends and living life. However we all have skeletons in the closet and there are more then skeletons in his. Karkat Vantas is persistently making Dave confused on how he is supposed to feel, he doesn't know if it's making things better or only worse.

So this is another DaveKat story that I'm writing. Its going to be a Humanstuck story because it's easier for me to write haha. But, anyways. This is about two teenage boys, who find something more than just friendship. Basically, Karkat gets into a bit of a scuffle, and the only one that was conveniently around, was Dave. and Dave helped him. Dave Strider was finally recovering, having slowly dealt with the trauma of his past and started having a brighter future. But his brother Dirk, currently a detective needed his help with a big case that could finally bring a local mobster who somehow managed to evade all cases against him to justice. But little did he know that this one case was going to bring him into a world of demons. But are the demons really bad? This one demon definitely isn't. Karkat Vantas definitely isn't.

Karkat finds out his online friend goes to school with him, and has to guess which one of the members in his Art Club he is whilst he balances school, work, and his art projects. It's seems his most suspected member is the clubs leader, his crush, Dave Strider. Due to Arthur's existence I made him and Dirk cousins, meaning the Strilondes are sorta related to the Zahhaks on the Strider side. Disturbing, I know. Also all the sprites are trans because I think their changes could totally count as metaphors for that and also because I fucking said so Anyways enjoy this bullshit that I adore <3

Karkat and dave where neighbours, They had no idea though, up untill one day, karkats brother Kankri needed to go away for the weekend and had to aquire someone to GrubSit Karkat. You see karkat was never the most reliable person, He was close to burning the house down once, And also nearly drowned in his bath, he couldnt do much on his own either, he needed extensive help with things. Kankri asked dirk one day if dave would come over to look after him and he would pay him. Dave agreed and watched karkat for the weekend...how will karkat feel and what will happen?

This is my first real fanfiction so I'd like some feedback! If anyone wants me to continue this, please let me know cause I think this is utter garbage but you're always harder on yourself right?
