This is a DaveKat story. Dave is an enigma that gets more mysterious by the minute, and Karkat doesn't know the meaning of life. They will soon learn every creavice of each other's mind, ending in a blossoming relationship. Technically, John met her first. And then Karkat did. And then Dave did, but about a month or so after. He couldn't help but feel a little bit out of the loop- after all, he was missing out on a good opportunity to make a new friend. Well, at least that's what he told himself. After he started to notice everything about her- her laugh, her smile, what she orders from Starbucks- he knew in the back of his mind that that lie simply wasn't going to work anymore.
