He was ready to finally go to bed and get this over with.As he was getting ready for bed he finally closed his eyes but right after, Something unexpected happened...Right after the moon shined- because that's the title) read the book to find out what happens I guess

For a whole year, Dave gets butterflies whenever he thinks of that tiny dude's name. Bambi. Something about it just resonates with Dave. Whenever he thinks about that short farmer boy, he can't help but wish to hear his voice again. See his cute face again. He longs to... hold Bambi in his arms? Wait... does he really want that? Dave doesn't even know that himself. Maybe he's just messed up because of how hot it's been lately? It's only the end of May and it's already heating up a lot, that's not common for... wherever Dave lives. Perhaps Dave is just sick? Lovesick, that is... Dave doesn't really understand his own feelings, nor really have a grip on them either. When Dave finally gets to meet the tiny guy again... Will he tell Bambi about these odd feelings of his? Or will he hide it from him, and let his heart keep hurting from his silence? Note: This is an Alternate Universe from the canon Dave and Bambi lore. The characters are all some half-wolf beings (but not werewolves), Dave is Bi, and Bambi is Ace (but he feels romantic attraction instead) and Gay! Please don't send any hate for any of these reasons. Also, this will include a lot of references and also just full on lyrics of Heat Waves by Glass Animals since I love that song and it fits the story lol (not inspired by that fanfic... you know what it is) (YES THIS IS REAL LMAO)
