There's a suspicious British man in town, Dustin hearing weird noises in his head and rats. Many old and new faces are involved such as Ethan (Jack Dylan Grazer); a mysterious and mischievous boy. Then there is Robin (Maya Hawke); a fun-loving and ambitious teenager. The gang soon leave to go on an anticipated school camping trip, which only becomes a living nightmare, as strange things once again start happening for them and in the small town of Hawkins, Indiana.
