You've been friends with Shayne Topp since birth, well not really but sometimes it feels like it. After moving away at the age of 14 he convinced you to move back. He helped you get a job at Smosh and find an apartment. You've just been hired on to the Smosh Squad and about to film Smosh Winter Games.While freezing to death up at Big Bear you never even dreamed of becoming this close with such a great group of people. It also helps that a certain someone has seemed to caught your eye.

David Moss was a self-proclaimed video game expert. He felt like there was nothing anyone could do to beat him. He was overly cocky. That is, until he gets an email, inviting him to be a beta tester for an upcoming game for Smosh Games, a relatively unknown company. He thought it would be fun. He thought he would enjoy himself. Not even the corpse being wheeled out when he was first entering the building was enough to dampen his spirits. He filled out the paperwork, met the company heads, and before he knew it, he was being hooked up to a machine so he could join the game. Once in the game, he meets several other gamers, all exhausted, bruised, and scared. He soon learns the truth. The game was a trap. It was murder trap disguised as a game meant to kill off cocky gamers that drove the rest of the community insane. If you get murdered in the game, you die in real life. The only way out is to defeat all one hundred levels as a team, a single death resetting the rest of the team back to level one. Now, he's on a mission to get out with the rest of the current survivors. To succeed, he'll have to learn a skill he'd never mastered; teamwork. Ella has all three of us laughing and is cracking jokes for the rest of the Skype call. When we finally hang up and we all look at each other. "We have to hire her," we say in unison.

"Ian," I breathe out. He smiles and hugs me. He spins me around. "How's my favorite cousin been?" I ask. "I'm your only cousin," he says with a laugh. I laugh. "Com'on let's go to my house," he says. Ian drives to his house. We sing songs that come on the radio all the way there. We pull up to a small white house. He grabs my large suitcase. I sling my backpack over my shoulder. "You didn't have to grab that I could've-" "I wanted to," he says. We walk inside and I see another guy sitting on the couch. "Hey, Ian," He says. He notices me. "Who's this?"

The smosh games crew was in a plane crash. They crashed on a video game island. Later, Mari gets kidnapped by Bowser and the smosh games guys will need to do 4 video game tests to save her from Bowser. Will they be able to rescue her? Or will they fail miserably?
