It has always been our goal and mission (ever since we've had goals and missions) to help other families become more healthy, happy, and whole. We've done this through community health talks, one-on- conversations, and trying to live openly about our victories and struggles through social media in an effort to help others see that we are all a work in progress. There is always room for improvement in all our lives. We're excited about how this book may impact the lives of your children and your family as you learn more about the effect what we eat has on our bodies. We've only begun to scratch the surface on this new and exciting world living inside of us, the microbiome. It's never too late to make a few simple changes in your diet which can have an impact for generations to come.
