This is all about Bell Da Vinci's diary. She is a casual collage student who's really in love with art. She kept her talent a secret because she was afraid if many people will use her as their art tool, except her parents. Bell got a place for her to sell her art creations. But her boss partnered her with a collage boy named Charlie Picasso. Then she accept it and they both work together in their Art Studio.

Away from home for 8 long months, Dilgamesh, the big brother of the Dalmatian family, decided it was time to return to 101 Dalmatian Street, to live again with the family that gave him a home and 98 brothers to protect.

The title kind of speaks by itself, so I don't think I need a very detailed synopsis, so here it goes: 101 Dalmatian Street in an anthropomorphic world, in which Dylan and Dolly had a brief romance before their parents were married. See them trying to adapt to the changes in their lives as they try to deal with their unresolved issues without the family noticing.
