A silly hero with powers like some heroes but abilities that are rare and extraordinary to most, well what if this hero existed within different franchises? Marvel, DC, and more.

So, anyone remember that au I had where Petey died instead of his mom who then took his role in the og story line? Yeah, forget everything i made about that au. I made a better version.

But chaos strikes once Dr. Scum escapes jail to get revenge on Petey for breaking the deal by reincarning dead people and then making them go wild around town. This story is inspired by @thebearme on tumblr, Go give them a follow! They're very talented. Based off of Dav pilkey's Dogman books and "star girl" by Jerry spinelli (for the title)
