Basically a slimeknight / Avery x Derek fanfic, except it's a parallel universe where Derek survives after the events of DAWTDE (Destroying a world that doesn't exist-MADE BY WIFIES ON YOUTUBE!), and he and Avery both cope with the events before finally meeting eachother. (P.S. Contents in the chapters may not add up to the lore from the arg, but it's just my own take + I'm trying to cope so pls bare with me and let's cope together, fellow sfawtde/dawtde fans.)

A high school student, Avery, finds a unknown minecraft world saved in his computer. There, he finds a book that he hadn't written. As he began to find the original writer of the book, he's caught between any dimensions and finally he meets D3RLORD3. Avery finally finds d3rlord3(Derek) at a ritual site dominated by a massive eye representing the King in Yellow. Derek, whose mind is already breaking from the entity's "infinite knowledge," realizes the King intends to jump into Avery's healthy mind to escape into the real world. To prevent this, Derek recites a forbidden spell that merges his own consciousness with the King. Because Derek's mind is "corrupt" and failing, the entity is trapped within a dying vessel and begins to degrade along with him. Derek successfully manages to save Avery by sacrificing himself. However, Is this truly the end of this sad damned story? Does the end of Derek's existence just happens?

This is a farm AU, where Avery is an egg seller and D3rlord3 (Derek) belongs to a family of racehorse grooms.
