She can't afford a trip to back to U.S and she living on a full scholarship.)until at the party a guy who's dress up as day of dead skeleton that she met at the bar literally ass saves her a from drunk guy telling him that his girlfriend. Luna thanks him Little did Luna know that skeleton guy was the band leader himself she was looking for. Basically it is going to be wild ride... "God struck me down now!! While her parents expect great things from her all Emma dreams of doing is becoming a musician. And when she meets Miguel, who shares the same dream, a young love blooms between them. But when Emma accidentally curses herself to the Land of the Dead, Miguel and his family must help Emma find her dead relatives so she can return home. Emma didn't realize that she was a part of Miguel's family the entire time. (The movie Coco is made by Disney/Pixar and I do not own the characters from the movie. I also use songs from the movie and they've been properly labeled and are not mine. Also I made the book cover myself but I do not own the artwork I had used.)

It is the day of the dead once again.A day to celebrate and remember those who we had lost. Laughter fills the air, colors paint the once grim tombstones of the dead. Maria (Northern Mexico), along with her brother Eduardo (Southern Mexico) and their states celebrate all of those who had made their country what it is today. But what happens when an old friend of theirs comes to visit? Will they truly get to see those they never knew they missed?

Death followed her into the world and claimed her mother. She bares the mark of that curse on her face like the paint of a skull on the Day of the Dead. What kind of life can she have with such a unique appearance?
