Rose Graham and Georgie Graham had been through hell. But then again so had the rest of the world. The ones who were living.

For Evangeline Evans, life was never easy. Living with an abusive father and drunken mother, she was always living in a constant fear. People found it strange that she would flinch with the slightest raised hand or cower at the sight of men. Always bullied and teased at school it was no surprise that when the apocalypse came she didn't mind the silence. It was nice not to be put down all the time. But that all changed when they walked into her life. One day while gathering food she stops to help a boy in trouble only for her to meet his friends and for them to convince her to join they're group. But with this group came feeling that she had never felt before. Safety, peace, love, care and most of all respect. She never knew people could feel this way toward her. Not to mention the redneck with a crossbow that is rude, arrogant and and cold. He hates contact and don't like Evangeline for some unknown reason. But as the world goes on they come to realize that they have more in common then they think. What happens when things heat up and they fall hard for each other. I just want to say that I've read a lot of Daryl fan fictions and they always end up together by the third chapter and I really don't like that. Love takes time and it takes time to heal. So don't expect a mushy gushy romance because as Norman said Daryl isn't the guy to shove a girl against a tree.
