Threadbare is a story about four students held together by frayed connections, unspoken feelings, and the quiet desperation of wanting to be seen. Mirei, the girl who stitches herself shut so no one sees her fall apart. Aren, the girl who always held out her answers confidently, although her hands shake behind her back. Caelis, the boy who floats between people, never quite belonging, never quite wanting to. And Gale, the boy who was supposed to be out of reach, but left his fingerprints all over Mirei's heart. Friendship is delicate. Love is selfish. And no matter how tightly they hold on, every thread can only stretch so far before it snaps.

National Science Day is celebrated in India on February 28 every year in honour of the Nobel Prize winning Physicist Sir CV Raman. February 28 marks the day on which his discovery of the Raman Effect came to light in 1928. For this discovery, Sir CV Raman was awarded a Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.
