The Demon Prodigy is said to be cold, indifferent to a point where they say he is almost... "inhuman". Dazai Osamu wouldn't find that to be very far from the truth, believing that he's no longer influenced by emotions, which is what made him the greatest asset to the Port Mafia. Even in the Armed Detective Agency, Dazai hadn't gotten too attached to anyone, even if he was quite close to Atsushi, who he'd brought into the Agency for reasons only he knew, Kunikida, his current partner, Ranpo and Yosano, both of whom intrigued him (Ranpo because of his intelligence, and Yosano because of her nature). A total of three coincidences lead you to suicide enthusiast, Dazai Osamu - 1. You also have a mild interest in the pursuit of the afterlife, 2. You work alongside Lucy at the cafe on the first floor, and 3. You may have killed people in the past. Waking up on 'that' day, you can't remember a single thing except for your name and a mysterious note that tells you to find someone you have no interest in finding. But, as luck would have it, your fate was left in the hands of synchronicity, which took you exactly where you needed to go; despite the aching numbness in your heart that wished otherwise. Oh, and you meet Dazai in the process, who goes on to make everything a lot harder for an amnesiac like you to stay grappled to reality.

Dazai is dying but he doesnt realize it till the end.

The moonlight coming from the curtainless window was the only thing that was illuminating his room. He looked at his reflection in the mirror again, his eyes now burning with unshed tears. He blinked furiously. Dazai was mad at himself, mad at the world for taking one of the only people that mattered to him. He wanted to scream, but his throat was already hurting. He didn't wanna make it worse.

Double Black is requested to protect some important PM allies overseas. Having to identify the threat while staying hidden as normal civilians. Everything is going according to plan until the enemy makes an unpredictable move that will turn everything upside down. What are their true motives? this is a Dazai angst story I want to write as a little fun, its been a long time since I've written or even attempted to finish a Wattpad book but its been almost a year and I would like to think that my writing has improved along with my understanding of Dazai's character. I cant promise that this will be updated regularly or even written well, but there is very little books that are what I'm looking for in Dazai angst so sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands.
