Cassandra Night is an insomniac who just wants to get by in school and maybe eventually make it big with her band, The Midnights. One thing, though - she's kinda stupid. Her grades are low and have no hope of getting better without tutoring. Which is what she is forced into once her place in the band is threatened by it.
