Frank moves into the strange quiet town of Ormond. Trouble follows him wherever he goes. This time it has made him live with an alcoholic dirt bag who would rather spend his child service money for drinks at the bar. Frank explores the town and meets some new friends. Their curiosity takes them up mount Ormond to an abandoned lodge. The group whom they call themselves the leagion falls into trouble when Frank dares Joey to vandalize a store.
