This is a story where Goku manages to defeat the one known as Cell, using his brain instead of his fists. Specifically, a ring-out. Like the other story, I'm moving this from Fanfic.net to here. I just- Feel like it would fit better here, since most people there are far better at writing than me, and I've just begun making stories.
