NM000 was the first ever Android with shapeshifting powers, but since they wanted to see if it works first, before producing many more and selling them to police stations, to prevent danger, they created a test version, which is why it was named with the numbers '000', and not '100'. It was the first and last NM, which had a reason. Because what happens when such a powerful android realizes that it doesn't have to be treated that way? That it doesn't have to suffer everyday, going through horrible experiments? What if it realizes what's it capable of, and that it can live freely? Soon, it doesn't have to obey others anymore.
